a construction geometry designed to
guarantee perfect extraction.
The burrs, made of Böhler M340 stainless steel, are covered with a black coating specially made for Fiorenzato burrs, called Dark-T®.
And totally innovative.

Pietro's idea grew within Fiorenzato's corporate landscape, which has long been a reference point for coffee roasters and coffee shops, but now embraces the community of coffee lovers, professionals and specialty lovers.

This is where our manual coffee grinder built around a set of 58 millimetre flat grinders was born. And ready to revolutionise the world of grinding forever. Pietro Grinders is our tribute to the Italian entrepreneur Pietro Fiorenzato, founder of the company that was established in 1936.
